Original works are part of the artist's collection, and are not for sale here, but contact the artist for information about purchasing original artwork or commissions. All intellectual property contained in works, including prints, by the artist remains the property of the artist and is not to be reproduced without written permission from the artist.

Richard will accept commissioned work upon receipt of the following:

1. Photographs that represent the subject(s) to the client's expressed satisfaction.

2. The client must pay 20% of the agreed upon purchase price for the work up front. This deposit is non-refundable.

3. Richard will provide an approval sketch to the customer. Upon acceptance of the sketch, the customer agrees to pay the full balance of the specified amount.

4. If Richard is unable to represent the subject to the customer's satisfaction, any monies (excluding the deposit) will be returned to the customer and the painting will remain the property of the artist.
